Cold handwash, with a warm smile.
Dry in shade and iron only if you have spare time to waste.
Do not forgetfully soak or cruelly bleach.
Fight apartheid but wash dark colours separately
Do not tumble dry unless it can save a life.

And remember, color change after washing is natural and part of the charm of Indigreen organic clothing and accessories. Follow the washcare instructions for a long, loving relationship with your organic Indigreen possession.

Can you offer more size options?

We offer S,M,L,XL in women’s and S,M,L,XL, XXL in men’s clothing. If you find your size is not available online, send us an e mail and we will shake heaven and earth to make it happen for you!

My favorite design is of stock!

We produce a small quantity for most of the designs. Our ‘limited edition' collection has only 20-50 pieces per design. Makes every Indigreen design all the more special, right?!

So, if you feel you gotta have a specific design to get a good night’s sleep, e mail us!

What is your policy on returns?

Indigreen believes in pampering its customers to the hilt. If you don't like what you get, you can send it back to us. As per your wish, we will replace it with any other design you might want or refund your payment. So you will not be stuck with something that does not make you happy!

Our only request is that you inform us about the matter within a week or receiving the design and please make sure that the design is returned in the condition you received it. You will appreciate that if you wash it or use it a couple of times and then return it to us, we will not be able to refund you!

How and when can I return my Indigreen piece?

How does indigreen exchange policy work?

What do I do, I just received a damaged piece?

Just send a mail to lovelysalespeople@indigreen.co.in with an attached picture of the damaged piece within a day of receiving it. And we will send you a replacement.

Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Indigreen will bear the cost of return shipment and also replace the product. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you order a black one but then want a green one instead or you order a small but then want a different size instead - in such cases Indigreen would still exchange the piece, But the return shipment cost would be borne by the customer.

Can I exchange my piece at an offline stores retailing Indigreen ?

Sorry, we would request you to courier the piece back to our corporate office and we will send you the replacement.

Oh no! The piece I received has a fault. What now?

We do have a very rigorous quality control department but a sometimes a few hitches do go unnoticed. Don’t worry about it! Just send the same piece (labels intact) and we will send you the replacement.

We respect your right to privacy. At Indigreen we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address and contact number.

What are the shipping charges to my location?

Within India we provide Free Shipping. For deliveries anywhere outside India, we try to help and decrease the burden of shipping charges by offering shipping discounts based on the weight of the package. How does Indigreen compute shipping charges for bulk orders?

For bulk orders, we will look for the most efficient mode of transport and charge our customers only for the minimum fare applicable from our courier partners. In case of an urgent shipment, where our customer requires immediate 'by air' dispatch, we would quote the rate depending on the location where delivery has to be made. In either case, depending on the location of the customer and the urgency of the shipment, we would work out the best shipment rates available and charge our customers only those.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders within India are delivered within10 to 21 working days, and international orders are delivered in 10 to 24 working days. Yes, it is a long wait sometimes, but we promise you it is totally worth it!
